Heading towards a peak period for warehousing and logistics is usually a tough gig, with ramping up on registrations and planning staffing and resources for the busy period. Add into that a massively depleted workforce and things become interesting. Driver and operative shortages, coupled with an erratic demand schedule, based on... driver and operative shortages at source has already been proving a challenge.
